Are the sneakers genuine and without defects?
All products on SneakerDefinition are original.
Before the sneakers reach you, they first undergo a thorough check for authenticity and quality.
We check everything from the labels to the actual stitching of the sneakers. It is also important to make sure that the sneakers have no defects.
Each pair has an attached SD tag, indicating that the pair has passed our quality and authenticity checks.
Why don't you have all sizes available?
All sneakers and clothing are physically in stock and are limited edition. It is not always possible to offer all sizes.
We are constantly trying to expand our offer with new models and sizes.
Why do prices vary between sizes?
The price of sneakers depends mostly on the main factors:
- Limitedness
- Size
Some sneakers are more in demand in women's/men's sizes and therefore the price may be higher.
Shipping, Returns and Complaints
What is the delivery time?
We have all products physically in stock, verified and ready to ship.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
Delivery usually takes 1 business day. If the delivery office is busy, this time may be extended to 2-4 business days.
Is it possible to return the order?
Yes. You can return your order free of charge using Zásilkovna.

How will my order be packaged?
Each order is packaged in a 3VL cardboard box, which is filled with paper padding to secure the sneaker box from moving.
We do not use plastic bags or plastic fillings.
Do you also ship on delivery?
Yes. When paying, you have the choice between card payment / cash on delivery.
For cash on delivery payments, the fee is 89 CZK.
Do you also deliver to Slovakia?
Yes. In the upper right corner of the e-shop you can switch the currency to Euros and order with delivery to the pick-up point / address.
The size doesn't fit me, what now?
You can return your sneakers for free using the instructions HERE
Exchanges are not possible with us. You need to return the sneakers and then create a new order.
Is it possible to return sneakers?
If there is a defect in the goods, please email us at info@sneakerdefinition.com with a detailed description of the defect and attach several photos.

Is it possible to get a discount code?
The only way to get the discount code is after your purchase. Just share your purchase on Instagram stories and tag us.
Is it possible to pick up the order in person?
Unfortunately, personal pickup is not possible. We operate as an online store only.
It is therefore necessary to create an order in the e-shop and select delivery to the delivery point/address.
